Peak Professional Group, PLLC adheres to a 48 hour cancellation policy. At Peak Professional Group, PLLC, clinicians are reserving a time slot for you. When an appointment is made, it takes an available time slot away from another client in need of care. Not cancelling an appointment in a timely fashion restricts our ability to make the appointment available to another patient. For these reasons, Peak Professional Group, PLLC has a strict no-show / late cancellation policy. Your credit card on file will be charged $100 for any session missed or not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. These no-show / late cancellation fees are not reimbursed by insurance or billable to insurance. It is not the policy of Peak Professional Group, PLLC to waive cancellation fees.
