What insurance companies is your practice credentialed with? All of our providers are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield (including state health plan)! We also have providers that are in-network with Aetna, Cardinal Innovations, Cigna, Optum/United, Tricare, NC Healthchoice and Alliance Behavioral Health. Please note that we are NOT in-network with Blue Value or Blue Local. Check out our Team to learn more specific information about which therapist takes your insurance! If we are out-of-network, we are happy to provide you with a "Superbill" that can be sent to your insurance company for reimbursement.
How much do sessions cost and what is your cancellation policy? The cost of a session will depend on the type of service provided, see our list:
Clinical Assessment- $175.00
60 minute Individual Counseling Session- $165.00
45 minute Individual Counseling Session- $100.00
30 minute Individual Counseling Session- $75.00
Family Therapy Session w/client- $130.00
Family Therapy Session w/o client- $130.00
**Please note that we do offer a discount for those who do not have insurance that covers mental health services or chose not to use their insurance, for whatever reason**
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that if you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you may be charged a $60.00 late cancellation fee. If you forget your appointment or just decided not to show up, we do charge the same fee. We understand that emergencies come up which is why it is at your therapist's discretion to charge the fee. If you have had an emergency, please discuss this with your therapist!
Do you accept insurance? Yes! We have therapists who are in-network providers for a wide variety of insurance plans including: Aetna, Alliance Behavioral, BCBS (except Blue Local and Blue Value), Cardinal Innovations, Cigna, NC Healthchoice, Optum/United & Tricare. If you have an insurance plan that we are not in network with, we are happy to supply you with a "Superbill" which can be used to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
