Why should I see a therapist?
A lot of people ask me about therapy. They ask me: what is therapy? or why would I need a therapist? Some, relatively “stubborn” people (not meant in a ‘judgey’ way, of course) will go so far as to challenge me by saying that therapy doesn’t work. Well, it does….Therapy provides the opportunity for growth, self-discovery and acceptance in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
