It all begins with an idea.

Sam, our practice owner & also a therapist, began feeling like there had to be a better way to approach the psychological/mental/emotional healing process- a way that led her down a path to truly understanding and coming to terms with the idea that there is no one way that people heal from “life”. Early in her career, she began paying attention to how her clients got better and upon examination found that for some of her clients, they needed to shout it out, while others needed to cry and still other clients needed look inward or upward to find peace. There is an alchemy to healing and it is our job to help each person who walks through our door, find that combination so that they can move forward in life.
