Meet Emily

Clients often want to feel heard, understood and validated. As your therapist, Emily offers a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach with elements of mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapies. She works with Children, teens, young adults, couples and has a special interest in Depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem.

Her approach is to allow each client to drive the session while following and guiding each client to express themselves. She strives to make therapy a space where clients can feel safe to express themselves without shame or judgment.

By tailoring therapy to each individual person, the focus is on utilizing and building upon client strengths and work collaboratively to find creative ways to meet clients' mental health goals
