Meet Julie

Julie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)! She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) as well! Have you felt like you could use a non-judgmental person to talk to who can be objective and help you sort through things without making you feel bad? Julie empowers men and women to seek their truth and trust themselves- all while empowering them and helping them take time to care for themselves.

When working with Julie, rest assured that you are in a safe and welcoming space where it is all about you! She helps her clients come to understand different issues in their lives using a warm and inviting approach to therapy. She provides that safe space that many of us need to process trauma and other issues that impact our lives. ​

Julianne was born and raised in Connecticut, where she received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Haven and then a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. Julie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). Julie is passionate about helping men and women who have experienced trauma within a trusting and supportive environment. Julie is also a certified Express & Release Facilitator!

Julianne moved to North Carolina in 2018 with her husband and two cats. She enjoys nature and hiking on the weekends; as well as curling up with a good book on the couch. She is warm, inviting and personable, a great combination for anyone looking to get started with therapy. She makes you feel important and empowered to make those difficult decisions in your life!
