Meet Rachel

Rachel’s approach is just as genuine as she is as a person. Offering a safe therapeutic space, she is passionate about helping each person feel a sense of power within their lives. Her approach is authentic and true to who she is as a human and with that in mind, Rachel focuses on showing up as her real self as a therapist.

Her style is client-centered in nature, allowing each person the room and compassion necessary to work through life’s issues. Her focus on substance use and abuse has proven helpful to clients who may or may not be personally struggling with addiction, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders among other things.

Her laidback demeanor helps each person that she works with to feel relaxed and heard while working with her. Her unique and eclectic approach to working with clients helps each person move through therapy in a productive and well-intentioned way.

Through building and modeling an authentic connection with her clients, they are able to learn to be true to themselves, however that may look for each person. She combines relaxed humor and a pragmatic approach to offer clients exactly what they need while giving each person space to discover and process what that looks like for them!

Rachel is also a Prepare & Enrich Facilitator!
